Overview
Dr Lad has rich experience as a Pediatric Intensivist and Neonatologist. He looks after all critically sick children and neonates. He has to his credit 15 National and 2 International publications in Index Journal. He has contributed as an author to several books like Textbook of PICU, IAP PICU Protocol, and Manual of Basic Pediatric Intensive Care. Received advanced Neonatal and pediatric ICU training for 5 years at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Sydney. He is an executive Board Member –IAP College of Pediatric Critical Care (2023-2024). Postgraduate teacher IAP PICU fellowship program and NNF. He is also a National Faculty for Advance NRP and PALS, EPIC, and BPICC and was a Member of the Pediatric Covid Task Force for Pune Division.
